Daylily Growers of Dallas
 Established September 25, 1958 as the Dallas Hemerocallis Society,
later changed to Hemerocallis Growers of Dallas
and then Daylily Growers of Dallas

The club has been very active in American Hemerocallis Society and Region 6 activities thru the years, having held AHS National Conventions three times (1965, 1975, and 1977) and AHS Region 6 Meetings seven times (1959, 1970, 1979, 1982, 1989, 1998, and 2005). Daylily Growers of Dallas has produced two AHS Presidents: Bertie Ferris (1969) and Kay Day (2000-2001).
